Laid down to cardboard, framed under glass. Glue stain, minor toning and creasing. Sheet 13-3/4''h, 10''w. Catalog note: There are only a few examples of works that Warhol signed using the ''Morningstar'' moniker during the 1950s. As Warhol wrote in a 1984 diary entry, ''When I was little I was going to take `Morningstar,' Andy Morningstar. I thought it was so beautiful. And I came so close to actually using it for my career.''
